News: The Mystery "Gem" Being Sold as Zultanite in

Trip to the Turkey
(April 2026) – Precipitates Research and New Page on the All That Glitters
Website!:
Color Change Diaspore (also called –
Zultanite, Czarite, Ottomanite and Turkizite) was supposedly seen in stores, as
there were typically signs indicating that they had Zultanite, but what they
had wasn’t Zultanite/Color Changing Turkish Diaspore! They are selling something that appeared to
be doped glass or some sort of synthetic.
Both the small and large gems weren’t the right color nor were they
displaying it property to show the color change (utilizing incandescent or
fluorescent lights) – they were using lights with colored filters, which
colored the gems as well as anything underneath them. SO…the truth
seems to have finally revealed itself and is described in this Month’s Gem
News! Refer to link directly above –

Gemstones in Cutting:
We are currently creating a package of
our gemstone rough to send to one of our specialty cutters – and this includes:
One Blue Flash Amethyst; Numerous Oregon Sunstone consisting of Clear,
Straw Colored, Reddish/Orange and pieces containing
Copper Schiller; 7 pieces of the Neon LuAG Lab Grown Garnet; 1 piece of
partially worked 30+ct Color Changing Turkish Diaspore,
originally partially worked from a 100ct piece of rough and that was put
away for many years; and 2 pieces of very special Color
