Newly Faceted or Newly Photographed Gemstones: 

The owner of All That Glitters has just finished a Fancy Oval Lab Grown Alexandrite, weighing  26.50ct .  This material is newly purchased and is available to our faceting customers.  (This is also on an unadvertised sale – so check it out). 

Mr. Brown previously finished a nice 17+ct  Oval Chrome YAG, also very popular with facetors.

Gemstones in Cutting:  

We have no rough in the faceting process by our specialty cutters, but the owner of All That Glitters will be choosing another piece of rough to factet – we have choices of Ametrine, Blue Flash Amethyst, Oregon Sunstone, Misc Garnet and ?…

There is very little new rough presently and we already have representations faceted from that rough, including:  Blue Flash Amethyst, Blended Ametrine, Tourmaline, Color Change Diaspore, Yellow Beryl, Color Change Garnet, Umbalite and Rhodolite Garnet, Synthetic Alexandrite and others….

 

More Lab Grown Diamonds being used in Accents or as large Engagement Rings!

More and more Lab Grown Diamonds are showing up in jewelry stores and we have been requested to use lab grown diamond melee by a number of our customers.  Retail stores are selling large lab grown diamonds at $15,000 per sale at times.  Technology has allowed these diamonds to grow larger, cleaner and whiter.  Prices have come down making them extremely affordable.  We can supply these fine quality large lab grown diamonds at a fraction of the cost of retail stores – so if our customers would be interested, we would consider entering this market – or fulfilling their request.  Please drop us an email and let us know your thoughts.  We have access to all sizes and at great prices – typically 2-3ct Diamonds, with Color of F-G, and Clarity of VS is not a problem and the prices are incredibly low…and All with Certs and Laser Inscriptions on the girdles!

 

Lab Grown Diamonds – New Page!

We have been asked to use Lab Grown Diamonds for the accent stones in a number of rings now and we are getting inquiries on larger diamonds and have been working on those.  It is not uncommon now to see 4-5ct Lab Grown Diamonds being sold in stores – we have encountered this twice in the same day when visiting two stores!  (Those Lab Grown Diamonds were sold at about $15,000 – but don’t let that discourage you!  That is a far cry from the Low Price that All That Glitters can offer…)  Depending on the size, we may be able to save you up to about 70% off of jewelry store prices.  (Larger sizes are more per carat because they are far more rare and harder to grow)  The Lab Grown Diamonds that we seek are typically in about the F Color Range and frequently VS Clarity.  You can use our 42 years of knowledge, experience and owners Degree in Gemology (Diamonds/Diamond Grading and Colored Gemstones) to insure we obtain the highest and best quality in the cutting, proportions, fluorescence, color, clarity and all other aspects that are important in diamonds that the public is typically not aware of.  We do the hard work for you!  These Lab Grown Diamonds usually come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) Cert and occasionally a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Cert – but we will always guarantee that your Lab Grown Diamond will have an accompanying Cert from one of these labs!  These labs are also Laser Inscribing the Cert ID on the girdle, as has been done in some labs in the past for fine quality diamonds.
